Any returns to Southwest Bowling Apparel require a Return Authorization number. Customer service can provide you with a RA number. Call 888-722-2695 for the RA number or if you have any questions.

Please Note: No exchanges or refunds on shirts that have been embroidered.

Please order a shirt for sizing. All of the shirts on this web site either has a size chart (estimated sizing) or the chest sizes are posted in the description. We try to let everyone know if a shirt runs big or small by way of our customers telling us or by exchanges. Some colors are also tricky. Our pictures on the website have been taken professionally or by a 35mm digital camera. The colors in the picture do not come out as described in some cases. For Example: Lets say you order Olive with Sage. If you are not sure what color Olive is, order the shirts before embroidering on it, also for sizing. You should be able to find a local embroider most of the time. It will save you $$ and aggravation by doing so.

If you purchase a shirt and the shirt is the wrong size, you can send it back to the address listed below for exchange only. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from Southwest Bowling Apparel.

If the garment is defective, send the garment back to Southwest Bowling Apparel, the address is listed below. Southwest Bowling Apparel after receiving the defective garment, will replace the garment at no cost to the customer.   All Defective shirts must be sent back within 14 days of date received. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number.

Close Outs and Discontinued items are non refundable. Will exchange size as long as stock is available. Customer is responsible for shipping to and from Southwest Bowling Apparel. Items that are in close out or discontinued and the item is defective, it is up to management to handle the problem. A manager will handle each problem on a one on one bases.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the garments to Southwest Bowling Apparel for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the garment, less 20% restocking fee. Provided there is no damage to the garment or has not been embroidered, a credit to your credit card will be made, less 20%.

The 20% restocking fee does not apply to customers wanting to exchange for sizes or for a different product we offer on our web site.

Southwest Bowling Apparel is not responsible for delivery of the items. A tracking number can be given upon request. Contact the shipping company for claims. Usually orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. In stock items ship same day up to 4:00 PM Central Time. Call our customer service number 888-722-2695 for more information.
