Embroidery Orders
Please Note: If your intent is to have any shirts embroidered, ORDER one for sizing. Save yourself a very expensive lesson on shirts running too large or small. Embroidered shirts are NON REFUNDABLE. Size Charts are estimates. SWBA will not be responsible if the shirts are too small or large. SWBA will do its best to tell the customers if the shirts run big or small, or even measure the shirts per request if we have the style in stock to measure. Please order for sizing before you embroider on anything.
Shipping Embroidery Orders
Please Note: If your order has embroidery instructions, please allow 10 business days to receive the order. In most cases, we ship embroidery orders within 48 hours, however if we are out of stock on an item, it can take up to 4 business days for us to receive our stock. This will delay the order getting to you.
Shipping Time on Regular Orders No Embroidery
Please Note: If your order has no embroidery instructions, please allow up to 5 business days to receive the order. In most cases, we ship blank orders within 24 hours, however if you do not receive the order within 5 business days please contact Customer Service at 888-722-2695 for a tracking number. We will be glad to track the order for you.
